All Scams and Phishing attempts contain the same elements (U-ACT)ᵀᴹ.

If you see these elements in emails/text messages/social media posts/ mailers, it is most likely a scam. If you hear these elements in phone calls, it is most likely a scam.

Who Do I Contact?

Identity Theft: Theft and/or use of personal information without permission
Scam: Someone tricked you into providing information or sending money
**In some cases, both can occur.

Step 1: Contact your creditors (bank/credit card co.)
Step 2: Report directly to law enforcement (local police, state AG's Office, or FBI).

*If you’re unsure where to start or what applies to your situation, a private consultation with me might help.
